Rhys is the creator of Scenechronize, the entertainment industry's premier production management software, and now Ekkobar, the DNA behind Social Decision Intelligence. Rhys has a diverse background in mathematics, computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, and business analytics, providing him with a unique perspective and a strong combination of technical and business skills. Outside of his professional life, Rhys is a foster parent, an avid dog lover, and a dedicated volunteer for various non-profits.
Angie Carel, AI Generative AI Consultant
With two decades of leading a marketing agency and over two years dedicated to generative AI consulting, Angie Carel has established herself as a leading voice in AI literacy and adoption. She helps companies look past the AI hype to pinpoint implementation strategies that deliver real and meaningful impact. Leading with a human-first approach, she demonstrates how AI adoption enhances rather than replaces human capabilities.
Through her consultancy and as founder of AI in FW—Indiana's largest AI community—Angie crafts and delivers AI literacy workshops focused on practical application and the mindset shifts necessary for successful adoption. She empowers individual learners with knowledge, helping them break through barriers of fear and uncertainty to confidently navigate their own AI learning journey.
Angie regularly contributes to AI discussions at conferences, expert panels, and podcasts, with her recent work "The Power of Human Authenticity in an Increasingly Artificial World" reflecting her conviction that authentic human connection and expression become increasingly valuable as AI advances.

Jason Beutler, CEO of RoboSource
Jason Beutler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Taylor University (2000), and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame (2009). Jason's professional journey ranges from the early years of the Internet where he started a web development company, to developing clinical trials management software for pharmaceuticals, to eventually serving as Vice President of Information Technology for a printing organization. In 2012, he and his wife, Kendra, established Robosource. Robosource exists to help business and people do meaningful, impactful, work and they leverage the latest technologies to accomplish that.
On a personal level, Jason has been married for 25 years and is the proud parent of two children: a 22-year-old daughter who is a senior at Belmont University in Nashville, TN and a 19-year-old son that is a freshman at the University of St. Francis in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Raman Ohri, President & CEO of SEP
Raman Ohri has served as SEP’s President and CEO since 2015. A graduate of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in Computer Engineering, Raman began his career at SEP in 1993. For three decades, he steadily advanced within the company, starting as an engineer, then moving into management, and later serving as Vice President before assuming his current role. Along the way, he contributed to the development of innovative products and systems across diverse industries, including Automotive, Medical, Pharmaceuticals, and Aerospace.
During his tenure, Raman has not only shaped SEP’s strategic vision but also cultivated an award-winning company culture. Outside of SEP, he is an active community leader, serving on the boards of organizations such as Rose-Hulman, TechPoint, and the CIO Network. His outstanding contributions have earned him numerous accolades, including the prestigious Rose-Hulman Career Achievement Award.
