Speakers:

Mike Langellier is a Partner at High Alpha, where he focuses on launching B2B SaaS companies. Previously, he was President & CEO of TechPoint and co-founded MyJibe, later acquired by MX. He has held leadership roles at Experian and MX and currently serves on multiple boards, including STAR Financial Bank and Orr Fellowship. Recognized with awards like the Sagamore of the Wabash and IBJ’s "40 Under 40," Mike has extensive experience in tech leadership. He lives in Indiana with his wife, Carrie, and their three boys.

Dick Aderman is the Studio Director at Boomerang Ventures, leading the studio’s launch process, including talent acquisition, supplier identification, and portfolio company formation. With a rich background in leadership, innovation, and strategic planning, he previously drove significant growth at Roche Diagnostics, Hycor, and Quadraspec. He has held senior roles in healthcare IT, medical devices, and diagnostics, raising over $50M for private equity ventures. A graduate of Western Michigan University, Dick serves on several start-up boards and is a board advisor for WMU’s Haworth College of Business.

Brandon Noll leverages his diverse background in economic development, business development, and investment management to drive growth and create opportunities. Currently the Director for Plug and Play Indiana, he leads the strategic expansion of this globally recognized venture capital firm into the state, shaping Indiana's innovation ecosystem. Prior to this role, Brandon served as Vice President of Business Development at the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, where he spearheaded initiatives that drove regional investment and led global business attraction efforts. His expertise includes developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies, building strong client relationships, and managing significant investment portfolios. Brandon has been recognized as one of Greater Fort Wayne's 40 under 40.

Mitch Frazier is the CEO of AgriNovus Indiana, leading efforts to grow the agtech and agbioscience economy. He previously served as CEO of Reynolds Farm Equipment, making it a top-performing John Deere dealer. Before agriculture, Mitch was a senior leader at ExactTarget, where he played a key role in its IPO and acquisition by Salesforce. A former U.S. Army Sergeant, Mitch also held public service roles, including media relations for Indiana’s economic development. He holds a BS in Marketing and an MBA from Upper Iowa University.

Travis Stegemoller is the General Counsel at gener8tor, a prominent startup accelerator and venture fund. Prior to joining gener8tor, Travis worked at Barnes & Thornburg, where he held roles as Attorney, Director of Entrepreneurial Services, and Partner. He also gained experience as a trademark attorney at Adidas. With his diverse legal expertise and leadership roles, Travis has established himself as a thought leader in the legal and entrepreneurial space, contributing significantly to both startups and established businesses.
