About Jon Gilman
Jon Gilman has always been passionate about solving inefficiencies, whether at home or in the world’s largest corporations. He began his career as an SAP ABAP developer at Accenture, where he implemented SAP solutions for Fortune 500 companies. During his time there, Jon continuously developed custom productivity tools, both within SAP and in Excel, to help accelerate business processes for his clients.
In 2012, Jon founded Clear Software with the vision of transforming his custom software development into a configurable product. Clear Software's Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) platform enabled organizations to streamline and automate key business processes across major enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and various other cloud and on-premise applications. In October 2021, Clear Software was acquired by Microsoft.
Currently, Jon is a key leader at Microsoft, where he drives the Enterprise Surround strategy for the Power Platform. His responsibilities include:
Delivering Copilot agents that use generative AI to interact with enterprise software through voice and text.
Collaborating with C-suite executives from Microsoft's largest customers to develop roadmaps for integrating AI agents with their core systems of record.
Leading the delivery of AI builder models that automatically ingest documents and trigger business processes.
Creating Power Apps templates that streamline data management and business processes across multiple systems.
Delivering Power Automate cloud flow templates that connect and integrate multiple enterprise systems seamlessly.

About Zach Hammond
Zach Hammond is an Executive Director and member of J.P. Morgan Private Advisory, a cross-disciplinary group of over 100 global specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward-thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals.
Zach is part of the Private Business Advisory team, where he works developing content and strategies for business owners on issues such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, pre-transaction planning and maintaining a legacy business over multiple generations.
Zach originally joined J.P. Morgan’s Closely Held Asset Management Group in 2016 as an Asset Manager responsible for conducting fundamental analysis on managed assets and their industries, completing annual valuations for closely held assets, and conducting buy/sell analysis. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Private Advisory , Zach was a Director for a middle-market investment bank executing sell-side transactions for business owners.
Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Economics from The Ohio State University. He currently holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
